One Thing I Can't Believe

at 13:28 0 comments
I like Instagram, don't get me wrong, but there are some things that circulate around Instagram that are just plain stupid. Take for example, a picture about animal abuse. I am totally against animal cruelty, but when there's photos saying things like 'Repost this if your against animal cruelty- Ignore and you don't care', or posts about serial killers that say  'Reblog this post or your mum will die tonight'. It's crazy! Do some people honestly think that animal abuse will magically stop if you share or re-blog a little picture? No, It won't, and you're not a bad person for not sharing it.

Just one example (From my friends Instagram).

If you do like to send things like this to others, then that's fine. But I personally don't like to so don't hate on me. When I was 11 or 12 I would re-blog these spam-like messages but I don't think it's worth it anymore.

Until next time! Bye!

Hypochondriacs & Panic Attacks

at 17:14 0 comments
Today I had a panic attack. Not good. I've always been a very anxious person, and I'm a hypochondriac, so it's hard to get people to believe me when I have a cold, let alone a mental illness of sorts. I know everybody hates talking about things like that but 1 in 4 people have a mental illness, and I just happen to be one of them.

If you're reading this and you want to know about anxiety or panic attacks then I suggest you read Zoella's post about it at www.Zoella.co.uk because I've only had two. I actually don't know much :P

Also this is a second edition of this post so if you've read this before and wonder why it's changed so much it's because the first was too personal and I kind of over-shared in it. Anyway.

It was horrible! I was walking the sand-dunes yesterday with my family and at a very narrow part, I started hyperventilating and I had cold sweats and, ugh, I felt so sick! I never want to have one again, even though I was okay- though a bit shocked and shaken- after about 10 minutes. I have a feeling it was triggered by my fear of heights and claustrophobia... It was crowded.

Thanks for reading my tale of woes... Bye!

Paul's

Don't you just love hot chocolate?! A few years ago I just happened to be in London and shopping all day had made me so hungry. At the underground station there was a cafe so I decided to go in for a quick hot chocolate. It was a Paul's coffee shop, and if you've ever been to Paul's you'd know that it's kind-of expensive and very, very rich- in taste that is. Anyway, their hot chocolate is good... Really good!!!  Paul's is a chain as far as I know so if you see one you might want to go in and grab something quick. If you're going in with a bestie, I'd suggest that you share a hot chocolate, you'll probably need to dilute it with milk to get it more to your taste.

In other news, I've really fallen in love with Benefit's make up pallet/collection "Go Tropi-Coral". In the set, there is a blush (Coralista- it's a beautiful coral shade) with an applicator brush, there is a lipgloss which is also called Coralista, there are also two little bottles that look like nail polishes, but they're actually Benefit Cha-Cha Tint and Benefit High Beam. The kit is awesome and I've pretty much worn it every day since I got it.
