Chelsea Girl Style?!

at 19:54 0 comments
Sorry that it's been five days since my last post :( I've been really busy lately... Anyway, enjoy :)

I have always loved the Chelsea look. I have no idea why, but to me there's always seemed like there is a style specific to Chelsea. Lately I've found out that Chelsea Style is in fact real. I really love this type of fashion, so I thought I'd share it with you :)

Casual

I'll try to break this style down. Boots are usually worn with jodhpurs or skinny jeans, with quite a lot of (hopefully) faux furs. A loose top or jumper is then worn with a jacket- or two!- and a scarf. It can be referred to as 'riding style' because of the boots and jodhpurs.

Dressy

Personally I adore this outfit. I am a massive fan of disco pants, and the leather-look trousers in the ensemble- that word is so clichéd- look so pretty! You could dress the outfit down, by swapping the stilettos for a pair of ballet flats or Converse. I think it's just gorgeous!

-♥-♥-♥-

I have also made the font on my blog bigger, as I've just realized that it might have been hard for some people to read before :)

ChiChi Clothing- My Clothing Crush

at 15:38 0 comments

I have stumbled upon some wonderful brands in the last few weeks- ChiChi London being one of them. I instantly fell in love with the hundreds of clothes, bags and shoes. The dresses are beautiful- they're sparkly, and lacy and flowy. I'm going to a wedding in May, and I'm seriously considering just buying a dress from ChiChi, rather than spending a day in the cold and rain walking around the shops in town :) ChiChi is just perfect. I have literally been browsing their website for two hours, just daydreaming about their gorgeous dresses!

Here are some of my favourites :D

I'd also like to say something else, I have just reached 10 followers on bloglovin'! Some people have been asking me for my BL link, and I know its hard to see, but on my homepage it's the + icon under the heading 'social media'. If you're viewing on a mobile device, you can find my links on my 'about' page. Anyway, thanks so much for having an interest in my blog!

Witch Face Wash Review

at 17:24 0 comments

Hey guys! As you know from the title, today I will be blogging about a brand called Witch
I have been using Witch products for almost three years, and I really can't live without their blemish stick, it clears spots very quickly. A few days ago I was in town and I saw the Witch Face Wash beside the blemish stick and I went ahead and bought it. Witch offers loads of skin-clearing products on their website, as well as makeup to help cover-up spots. Witch uses extracts from the Witch Hazel shrub, which is proven to clear skin faster than just using water.

I have horribly dry and sensitive skin- so sensitive that even plain Neutrogena Face Wash causes me to break out in a rash on mega-spots. I have only been using Witch Face Wash for two days, but honestly, I already feel a difference. The face wash exfoliates really well, without feeling scratchy or sore, and I'm not left with red marks of irritation afterwards. It has no scent, but it still smells fresh and clean. On the back of the packet, it says "Skin So Clean It Tingles" very true.

Definitely my new favourite face wash!

My 2014 Wishlist

at 20:34 0 comments
I feel like it's been forever since I've sat down and written a blog post. The last few days I've been really busy, and that means I have been really, really stressed. And to worsen the situation, I also have a chest infection... Brilliant. Anyway, today I'm going to make a list of all the things I want this year, not to sound greedy or anything :P

1. Disco Pants

DorothyPerkins.com

Disco pants are in no way new, appearing in the film Grease, made in 1978. Disco pants are becoming increasingly popular, and I want a pair... A lot!!! On missguided.eu disco pants are €12-€30, but the most popular disco pants are on AmericanApparel.net, which come in at just under €100.

2. Mi Moneda Necklace

Redowlgifts.com

Mi Moneda necklaces are very versatile, and extremely wearable. I really love this brand, and celebs do too, with Rihanna counted as one of their biggest fans. Mi Moneda Jewelry can't be purchased from their website (Mi-Moneda.com), but it can be bought at hundreds of jewelers worldwide, and on lilywho.ie.

3. Kitchen-Aid Artisan® Series 5-Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer

Kitchenaid.com

I love cooking and baking, but whisking and mixing and kneading can become very, very tiring. This model costs just under €260, and they can be bought at kitchenaid.com. Kichen-Aid stand mixers usually come with three attachments- whisking, mixing and kneading- but you can buy numerous other attachments, such as food grinding, ice-cream making, pasta cutting and even sausage stuffing.

That's my 2014 wishlist so far, but I will probably be adding more to this wishlist as time goes on.

My Flappy Bird Addiction And How To Cheat It

at 16:40 0 comments
Flappy Bird is an app, that has become really, really popular over the last few weeks. The game has a simple concept- fly a bird between pipes- but it's overly difficult. If you so much as brush off a pipe it's game over, and that can get extremely annoying when your high score is 20. I think I've got a way to fix that though!

Flappy Bird
Flappy Bird!

1. Download one of these modified atlas.txt files. [Use this if you want pipes appear but you can go through them --http://cl.ly/TdsF. Use this if you want a little line instead of the whole pipe -- http://cl.ly/TdJy]
2. Download iExplorer (When the registration screen comes up, click "Continue with Demo"), next, connect your iPhone or iPad to your computer.
3. Now open iExplorer, and search through your apps for “flap.app” once you find it open “flap.app.”
4. In “flap.app” search through your files for one named "atlas.txt." Next click on “atlas.txt” and in the right hand screen you'll see a bunch of text/code.
5. Change the view to thumbnail mode, then drag the new atlas.txt file you downloaded right into the iExplorer screen with all the other thumbnails.
6. You will be prompted to replace the file. Replace it.

This Should Help :)

I too have a problem with Flappy Bird. It's a horribly, horribly addictive game, and I really recommend that you don't download it- You'll probably end up throwing your
phone across the room. And then you'll cry. A lot.

At least with this hack you wont break your device!

My New Favourite Foundation?

at 19:30 0 comments
My new favourite foundation is Rimmel Liquid Mousse Foundation. I have a horribly light skin-tone, and that means that it's really, really impossible to find a good foundation. It's either too white, or too pink or too... Tanned. As I've said in an earlier post, I love Essence makeup from Penneys, but the problem is, they don't sell very light or pinkish makeup. I do use Essence BB Cream mixed with Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation to make the Rimmmel makeup last longer.

I have the Rimmel Liquid Mousse Foundation in Light Porcelain. This foundation is perfect! You do still need to wear a compact powder over it though, but that isn't too much hassle. I bought mine at the Rimmel stand in Penneys for €7.99, €3 cheaper than the Wake Me Up foundation, but my favourite concealer is still the Wake Me Up concealer, which comes in at €6.99.

Picture Taken With iPhone 4.

I hope you try it someday!
